Can you leave a negative review. Called on a CPO auto, asked the sales rep all questions, explained I didn't intend to finance, confirmed price, condition ect... Drove the car, noticed a huge dent in the hood and another smaller one. Was given this is the reason it's discounted. Not enough to cover that damage. Several times was talked down to, I know the details of car buying better than the sales rep I'm sure. Offered full marketed price if repairs were made. They then told me the CPO advertised was an accessory and would cost like 4k more. Then some package on interior protection, TTL, dealer fees took the 27500 price to 37500. Big run around I was there all afternoon. I said I will bring you your advertised price of 27500 plus TTL, Dealer fee of $400 and $295 DMV fee in cash, full price, when can you have the hood repaired and the dirt and sap buffed out. I was then told it is illegal to accept cash, or a check or any outside financing. I clearly said I had no intent on financing any of the cost multiple times. Then they can't sell me a car. What a waste of my time. I'm not sure why they just didn't say we'd prefer to find someone who has little down payment, doesn't understand all the add on's and rake it in. Unfortunatly this is the 3rd poor experience I've with Darrow Sales, others in Madison and Milwaukee. The most recent prior was a rebate stacking add in Madison. I asked multiple times what rebates I qualified for before driving their car. Insulted there too, and they didn't want to give me my keys back. Should have learned, but 3 times is the charm. Purchased a F150. This is about $75k in lost sales to Darrow in a year. I guess their business model is we'll find a sucker somewhere. More

Visited Russ Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee in late 2018 to attempt to lease a new vehicle. During the test drive the salesperson told a colorful story of being arrested. I was later given a price that was good only that day, which is obviously a textbook pressure tactic. I said no, and left. I called the salesperson the next day with questions about how they arrived at the price, and later received a phone call from the sales manager during which he screamed at me and declared the negotiations over. I went to another dealer and got the same vehicle at a better price. Do not go to Russ Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee. More
