Very disappointing buying experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Set up an appointment to see a Mazda6 and when I showed up people seem to be surprised that I was there. Once I recommend this dealership to anyone. Set up an appointment to see a Mazda6 and when I showed up people seem to be surprised that I was there. Once I started looking at the car and test driving it things things went fine. I was unable to make a decision on my initial visit but came back for a follow-up with a few additional questions and to drive it once again. I then told them I was ready to see what the cost would be for me to purchase the car using the price that was listed on Car Gurus. Krystal who was working with me at the dealership then went back to the "Managers" to get the deal written up and they came back and told me the could not sell me the car because they did not have the title. First of all if this was true and they didn't tell me this up front is was just incompetent. Secondly, if this was the case they didn't offer a method to work around this until they did receive the title. Lastly and most importantly I got more the feeling that for some reason (I was going to pay in cash or I had a very old low value trade-in or ...) they did not want to sell the car to me so they came up with the lack of title as their excuse. In other words I felt they were out and out lying to me. This dealership is definitely not in it for the customer and I will not recommend them or Russ Darrow because you can not trust them. More
