Horrible Experience...I had purchased three previous new Horrible Experience... I had purchased three previous new vehicles from Russ Darrow, but never again. I researched for 2 months and decided on either Horrible Experience... I had purchased three previous new vehicles from Russ Darrow, but never again. I researched for 2 months and decided on either a Mazda or Suburu. I must say, Suburu really knows how to treat their customers. HUGE difference. Russ Darrow couldn't care less about their customers, unless of course you pay exactly what they want. I would not. The sales person was rude and management were not upfront or truthful. I had spoken with two people prior to my visit, so it should have been a quick sale. If your looking for a Mazda I recommend Boucher or Hall. Save yourself the headache at Russ Darrow. More
