They provide a shuttle service if they work for an extended period of time on your vehicle. Bruce typically helps check me in and notifying me of anything my car needs, and Edward has provided me with the shuttle service a few times. They both are awesome. Keep up the great work :) The woman that checked me out today (I did not get her name) was extremely nice as well. Always a pleasure working with Russ Darrow Mazda! Zoom zoom. More

Everyone was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. Mr. Litinskiy helped me but there was also another very friendly man in the office. They both made me feel right at home. While waiting, Mr. Litinskiy even brought me my air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. He let me know that it wasn't horrible but should definitely be changed by the next time I was in . 7yrs I have been going to a different establishment, that I purchased my car brand new through and they NEVER showed or recommended things like that. My car was done in a timely manner and the waiting area was clean and inviting. I have found a new service center for my car!!! Thanks, Metro Mazda!! More

5 hours of waiting We entered the dealership at 5:30 pm. Knew exactly what car we wanted (didn’t even spend time test driving). Negotiations on cost took 3 hours. Our sa We entered the dealership at 5:30 pm. Knew exactly what car we wanted (didn’t even spend time test driving). Negotiations on cost took 3 hours. Our sales guy was working with at least 2-3 other customers at the same time which is really irritating since we just sit and wait. Then they still did the math wrong and tried to ultimately over charge us from what our final deal was. Sales guy didn’t know remote start cost but wanted to quote us $900 anyway although a different dealer told us $600. Then we spent 2 hours sitting around just waiting for paperwork to be filled out. Again- on “we owe you” paper they didn’t list things that were agreed on. So- more waiting!! 5 hours later we leave the car behind so remote start can be installed. The next day we find out remote start isn’t even available until July! Now we have to drive back from an hour away again which could have been avoided had sales person know what was going on. This is a super nice dealership and when I suggested they install charging stations in booths since they make people sit there forever, the manager told me “that sounds expensive” and brushed off suggestion. I find that very rude. Lastly- the Internet lists a picture of a Mazda 3 with Memorial Day rebate of $500, my husband even verified when calling to set up appointment with Autume this was the case, she agreed. Then we find out that really isn’t an offer on Mazda 3. More

Well out of the 4 things they told they were going to do they did 1 of them and now I can’t get the sales person to call me back. Worst experience with a dealership EVER. NEVER GOING BACK WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE More
