Experience summary At first seemed like a good experience. Only later to find out that Alejandro lied multiples times and denied everything. When I came in for oil change I asked what is the buy out option for my vehicle, instead I was pushed new lease. Right away I said that’s not an option because I have excessive miles but Alejandro insured me that there will be no charge for excessive miles. Which at the end of the day I’m the one who’s stuck with the bill and Alejandro denying everything. I truly believe this is malpractice and have my salesperson been upfront and honest I would not do trade in. More
