A Service appointment turned into a new car My 2015 Mazda was in for service. I asked about the new CX-5. The Milwaukee Journal had a good review and I wanted more info. I liked what I heard fr My 2015 Mazda was in for service. I asked about the new CX-5. The Milwaukee Journal had a good review and I wanted more info. I liked what I heard from Alejandro Soto and ended up trading for a new CX-5. The only negative thing in the Journal article was comments about the radio controls. Actually, the article totally missed the important feature that allows changing programmed features including the much improved nav system. Touching the touch screen on the older Mazda while driving was difficult due to the car motion. The premium European cars used a joystick type knob which is now on the CX-5 and much more useful. Terrible Customer Service I drove all the way from Madison to test drive a mustang convertible.
