Service Dept Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall work. The work was done in half the time I expected, and this time the next oil change sticke Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall work. The work was done in half the time I expected, and this time the next oil change sticker had the correct information, and the dash board counters were all reset correctly. I also noticed the service manager changed the color of the Nissan Altima on the display to match the color of my car, which I appreciated. They weren't busy this time of day, so I received the best service I've ever received here. More

Bad experience I brought my car in with exhaust problems and found it was the catilytic converter. The car was not worth the cost of repair so I came to pick it up. Tire replacement Called Nissan to ask if I could bring my car in to get my tire replaced. They told me they had my tire in stock and all I needed was for them to take Called Nissan to ask if I could bring my car in to get my tire replaced. They told me they had my tire in stock and all I needed was for them to take off my spare tire to put a new one on. It took them two hours. I watched my car sit in the shop for an hour on a lift and did not see a single worker in there. When I finally went out to the service desk to ask how much longer it would be I found one person who went in to check. They came and said “they’re just finishing up”. Really they were just getting started? It should have taken them a half an hour to put this tire on. Ruined my day. The cashier was watching Netflix on her phone. I saw multiple employees standing around talking and not working. Joe was very personable and helpful, however. It was not his fault. I Will not be returning. More
