Worst experience ever . I pulled into Nissan and was on the lot looking at cars for 20-25 minutes and not one salesman came out to greet me. I went inside and was greeted b . I pulled into Nissan and was on the lot looking at cars for 20-25 minutes and not one salesman came out to greet me. I went inside and was greeted by them as well as their acknowledgement that they saw me looking at the Nissan Rouge. I sat with a salesman to talk about my interest in financing the car. After hours of negotiations, I came to conclusion that the monthly payment as well as the MSRP on the car will not work for me. One of the sales manager, Robert Garcia got upset and crush the paper in front of me as well as mumbling under his breath. He was walking heavily and looked very upset. When I asked for my keys back, he sat them on the counter not saying one word with an upset face. I then told him not to be mad and walked out. He chased after me to try and explain himself that he wasn’t upset at me but just upset that the deal didn’t work. This is very unprofessional and unnecessary as there was many people around as well. More
Standard oil change I asked up front if they had any discounts on oil changes. They said no, and because I was in the area I decided to fork out the $40. I also specifically asked not to have the vehicle washed because I had just detailed it. When I came to pick up the vehicle, there was a coupon for a $20 oil change and water spots all over my car. I am not a happy customer. More

Fair but not the quality I expected I have a 2 1/2 year old car that broke down and no loaner was provided and all issues were not addressed. My license plates have been falling off th I have a 2 1/2 year old car that broke down and no loaner was provided and all issues were not addressed. My license plates have been falling off the front of my vehicle since I purchased it and they were not willing to resolve instead I was told it came from the manufacturer like that. Wow. Now I have to take my vehicle to a neighborhood repair to get license put back on car. I feel for my inconvenience of having a vehicle under warranty break down for a defective part I should have been offered a complementary service such as an oil change and a loaner vehicle to use while I had to wait for the necessary part to be shipped in. This is a $50,000.00 truck. There is no way I should be making repairs already. My biggest concern is 5 years ago my sister had a Nissan Rogue and it slowed down on the highway just like mines and is this an ungoing problem for your vehicles and am I safe in this vehicle. I was told there is no quarantee this want happen again. More

I worked with Lance Galloway who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me into a new model 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport S w/66 miles on it!
