Great cars. Pushy service I expect car dealerships to be pushy. I expect mistakes to happen and I understand no one person is perfect. But Russ Darrow simply tried too hard for I expect car dealerships to be pushy. I expect mistakes to happen and I understand no one person is perfect. But Russ Darrow simply tried too hard for me to finance through them. I made it quite clear that I had no intention of doing so. They continued to try and scare me into not going through my bank. They also pushed their wrap coverage as I tried leaving with my new car. The experience felt more like pulling teeth than it did buying a new and fun exciting car. I love my car and the only reason I bought it here was for the great pricing. Unfortunately I will not look at Russ Darrow for another vehicle. I just want to make it clear that the finance department was quite accommodating and they were not pushy. More
