On Monday he called Russ Darrow for warranty information. Tuesday we brought it the Russ Darrow and by Thursday it had a new transmission and didnt cost her a penny. All covered under warranty. Russ Darrow was honest, polite and did a great job and we didn't buy it from them, but next time I will be paying them a visit for future car needs. More
Worst auto dealership ever - Terrible Experience A one star doesn’t even do this justice to the worst dealership experience ever. I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. As someone who understands who understands customer services, I can’t imagine anything worse. First off, we purchased a brand new Nissan Armada. The most expensive vehicle the dealership sells. We purchased the vehicle on September 11 and our transaction is still not concluded. Not only was the financial experience unpleasant (Eric was simply not good). Eric made errors on the paperwork that are still not completed. We wanted to keep our plates and when they tried to get the plates off our old vehicle, they ripped them in half. Our sales person was Jake. He is new but not attentive to service. The following day I contacted him to order rubber mats. He said no problem, they would be shipped overnight. To this very day, I have yet to receive the full order and to make it worse, he hasn’t even contacted us back. He indicated they work going to be a gift card with the order to make up for it. That was never received. I then asked for the general manager who is Gary. On September 21, I left Gary a message to discuss our concerns. It is 8 days later, still haven’t gotten a call back. My message to him was to discuss our issues before our post our review. Very disappointing. To add more to this, the day we purchased our vehicle, they did not have the second key or the valet key. I had to repeatedly contact them to get the second key. They never did find the second key. Now they shipped me a standard key which I have to bring to a dealership to get program. I quite simply can’t imagine a worse experience and it still isn’t over. One final thing. I froze my credit because of a potential inappropriate access to my records. When we went through the financing, they never said a thing to me about it. Rather I received letters in the mail from two separate lending companies, indicating I was denied. This likely cost me money because they had to find a lender who charged a higher interest rate. Incredibly POOR customer service!!!!!! More

This sale story had it all This experience was by far the most emotional purchase I’ve ever made. And by that I mean full of many different emotions. My story starts off w me ca This experience was by far the most emotional purchase I’ve ever made. And by that I mean full of many different emotions. My story starts off w me calling about the car, which was originally at the Honda location, but the people on the phone didn’t seem to wanna talk at the time, so I hung up and forgot about it until 2 days later. Which was the night I called the Mazda location to test drive a 2007 Infiniti G35s. So I drove out there from the Cudahy area to check out my hopefully new car (Infiniti) to find out that it had a BLOWN MOTOR! Thanks for failing to mention that one people at Mazda. Lol. Anyways, on my walk back to where I parked, my friend and I decided to see what used vehicles where in the Nissan lot, and that’s when my new life long friend and ONLY salesman I’ll buy from, stepped in and asked why we left Mazda already. I explained to him what happened w the Infiniti and he decided to join us as we walked more areas of the lot. He asked me about what cars I’m interested in, as he should of course, and I told him I love the new Ford Fusion, but it’s unfortunately out my current price range. Then he showed me his super slick Ford Focus that he had to get after he got into an accident with his Volkswagen CC. Very sad for me due to the fact that my Passat and I finally needed to part ways after a glorious 10 yr relationship. Then I told him about the CC I had called about 2 days prior, and not even realizing it was also at a Russ Darrow location! You can assume I got quite excited, because I did, when Jake told me he could have it sent over for a test drive seeing I already came all the way out there, I might as well test drive something right?! So sad to say by that time of night it was too late to have all these people scramble in 1 car to go get another and bring it back. So I went to the location and told Jake I’ll drive it n see if I like it. Then I’d call him the next morning or stop in omw that same night. BUT as my luck would have it, 1 of their other salesman went home w the key in his pocket. I was like, “xxxx.” So we set it up to try again the next day, and that was Wednesday (3rd day from first call about the CC). So the Honda location called and said they found the key and that I could FINALLY test drive my VW. I was jacked to say the least and immediately messaged Jake to tell him I was going to drive it, but that I caught awesome vibes from him, and both being Big VW guys, I told him I ONLY wanted to deal with him! He’s an good fit for my character of what my salesman also should be, so that helped when I told Honda I wasn’t interested. This allowed Jake and I to get the car sent to his location at Nissan. I bought it Thursday and Jake even surprised me that cool VW flag in the picture. I got the car for an amazing, and ridiculously affordable price! PLUS During all this time we developed a good bond and both my little brother and girlfriend want their next cars from him now also. Literally gonna be my life long salesman and friend. We went jumping through a lot of hoops together to make this work, and I couldn’t appreciate Jake and the rest of the team at Russ Darrow Nissan for putting me in the car I dreamed about buying over 8 yrs ago. I’m forever a customer and very thankful to have accidentally parked in there lot on my way to Mazda. I highly recommend Jake as your next salesman, if he hasn’t made manager already. More

Wish there was more HEART at this dealership I bought my Chevy Equinox from this dealership a year ago and ever since pulling off of the lot, I have had so many problems with it. It is never endi I bought my Chevy Equinox from this dealership a year ago and ever since pulling off of the lot, I have had so many problems with it. It is never ending since I signed those papers. Not to mention right when I bought it, the sheet said there were no exhaust problems and there turned out to be an issue with it. The sales man suggested to go to his friend and pay for it myself. I just signed my life away for this vehicle now I have to go spend more money to go get it fixed from his friend, in an area I don't like or normally drive through. And the dealership kept jerking me around trying to save themselves so they wouldn't have to pay for the repairs even though the paper said the exhaust system was good to go when there was a hole in the resonator. That was just a week after I bought the dang thing. Since then it has been tire issues, check engine light keeps coming on and the evap system is leaking, the brakes had to be replaced about a month after I got it, seepage in the oil gasket, just never ending crap with this vehicle from this dealership. I love my Chevy Equinox, but I wish I would've gone somewhere else to get it and I'm definitely going to go else where more reliable to get my next car. Luckily, the only nice and helpful person was Probert Yang. Robert Garcia was rude and not helpful at all along with the salesman. Charles Yang was very nice and tried to help when he could, but he was too limited with what he could do for me, which I understand but I really appreciate his concern and help when he could. When a dealership just worries about making a sale and not helping and ensuring the customer is just sad. If my family or friends ever ask about looking for a vehicle, I will not let them go to this dealership with how disrespectful and rude they are. I will never be going back to this dealership. More
