Deceptive Internet Pricing!! These people will tell you anything to get you in the door. Helping my daughter shop for her first car, I specifically asked the Internet customer ser These people will tell you anything to get you in the door. Helping my daughter shop for her first car, I specifically asked the Internet customer service rep via email if there would be any difference in price if we financed through the dealer or through a bank/credit union. The customer service rep emailed me back and clearly said "NO." When we got there and began negotiating price, however, we were THEN told that the Internet price included a $450 rebate for financing through Nissan! Unfortunately, Nissan's interest rates were higher than the credit union we had already spoken to, so it didn't make sense to finance through them. The customer service rep had also indicated that the managers "are always willing to consider any reasonable offer," but when we made an offer on the car the manager came over and started explaining, rather condescendingly, why he couldn't lower the price that was listed in the Internet ad. Overall, while we were happy with our salesperson, Lance, we were not happy with the way we were treated by the GM, Robert Garcia, or the sales manager, Robert Yang. More

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Lance Galloway and he got me started with the sale and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I've had several car buying experiences and this is by far the best I had. He showed me all the neat features of the vehicle I was interested in and was instrumental in working out a deal that I was happy with. I also worked with Jerad Brockel who was very knowledgeable on his end of things and answered all the questions I had about the paperwork I was signing and explaining the warranties and services that are offered at the facility. I highly recommend this dealership and these two gentleman that worked with me. More

The telephone run around from the receptionist to the adviser that has no clue about your vehicle is beyond ridiculous no body wants to take time out to help. Charles was and is the only adviser I've seen running around the most not just sitting in the garage doing nothing. More

Shady dealership Sales person will show you the number you want on buyer's order with misleading information. The misleading continues to Finance office as well where Sales person will show you the number you want on buyer's order with misleading information. The misleading continues to Finance office as well where down payment number is quoted as rebate just to show customer the number they want to see and customer gets a call 3 weeks later from dealership asking for additional money which they forgot to collect. It wasn't forgotten it was on purpose and these crooks know that customer has signed the contract. Avoid this dealership as these people are liars. Finance manager has no knowledge of what the heck she's doing, Shady & Dishonest Dealership. Always get your contract reviewed by a lawyer people don't sign any xxxx the same day. Else you will be definitely taken for a ride. More
