Mixed bag Brought my car to Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee to fix a recall issue. I was helped by Charles Yang who was very professional and kind. My only issue was that I was offered a complementary car wash and point inspection that I accepted but after the recall was fixed and my vehicle was brought to me, my car was not washed and there was no summary from a point inspection.
