Good until i had to pay Service was good. Managers and tech were very friendly. Nothing but praise for them However the checkout process a disappointment Went to pay Service was good. I provided my spouses credit card because i brought her car in for service. Cashier demands photo id. I told her i am bringing my wifes car for service and she provided me her card. Cashier says you need photo id. I used my other credit card and provided my phot id and she didnt even look at it. I probably wont come back as i was trying to pay using my spouses card and it was her car. She works evenings and we had a joint account Once i handed a different card and she did not even check my id she made my positive experience a complete negative I will seek services elsewhere due to this ridiculous cashier process i hope you actually read and address your process for making payments with common sense More
Wrong oil due to coupon told to leave for days for other I used a coupon and was told after i picked up the car i would need to come and repay to have right oil in as the coupon was not for the recommended o I used a coupon and was told after i picked up the car i would need to come and repay to have right oil in as the coupon was not for the recommended oil. the coupon does not state this. I had concerns about my seat moving forward and was told it would need to stay for days that i can not do. The back seat is aligned wrong and was told its not an issue. Will not use this dealer again. Seems like if you use a coupon you dont get proper service and waranty issues are not a concern and if they can be figured out you juat have to deal with it. I have a car thats seat keeps moving up more every time i get in it. More

Very Frustrating I called on July 25 to schedule an appointment to have a recall order fixed on my 2019 Nissan Leaf. I spoke with someone that scheduled me for an appo I called on July 25 to schedule an appointment to have a recall order fixed on my 2019 Nissan Leaf. I spoke with someone that scheduled me for an appointment for July 26 at 10:00. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment. I was taken to another service advisor who verified there was nothing in their system for my service. I actually had to pull my phone out to prove that I had contacted the correct dealer to schedule the service. The service advisor checked that the parts were in, but I would need to leave the car with them for the entire day as I didn't have a scheduled appointment. I had other obligations so I scheduled for the following Friday at 7:00 a.m. I arrived on time, asked if they could rotate the tires and wash the car also. The recall order was estimated to take an hour and a half. About an hour and forty five minutes later the service advisor came to tell me the tire rotation and car wash were done, however not all the parts were included in the recall kit. My service order was being held open and I would be notified when the parts were in. Almost a week later and I have not heard anything. I sent an email to Paul Lecher explaining my frustration with my experience. I have not had any type of response at all. More

Did not give complimentary wash after service that is routinely given at another location same dealer and then said I had to ask for it. 3. 2nd time in a row I tried to use promotional coupon that was not honored for one reason or another. 1st time was for wheel alignment. 2nd time was for tire rotation. 4. Recommended I purchase a tire but then said because the tire had to be delivered and it was 3 mins past deadline I would have to come back. Really. No grace was given. 5. They charged me for a service that was not provided and only credited the account after I noticed that the service was not done. More
Very happy with the service I observed a oil/grease leaking in the car. Service was able to identify the problem quickly.. replacement of parts and the service was done faster th I observed a oil/grease leaking in the car.
