Two issues. First, even though we asked them to air up all tires because one was low due to the cold weather, all they did was rotate the tires and didn’t add ai First, even though we asked them to air up all tires because one was low due to the cold weather, all they did was rotate the tires and didn’t add air so the tire light is still on. Second, they didn’t wash our car at all. It was 30 degrees, so maybe too cold for a full wash, but I was surprised they didn’t wipe off our mirrors or the cameras. So, we ended up going for an oil change and to ask for air in a tire and walked out with the full 15k mile services but didn’t get the air and the car was filthy. Now that our free oil changes have all been redeemed, we won’t be back for additional services. More

Travis was not real friendly like other techs ive had in the past. This time I ha This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I had it in for an oil change, a loud rattle from the moon roof while driving, and an emergency light blinking. Ended up needing a part over night. They ended up having my car 2 nights, while I got a loaner. It all ended up being fine and Shaun was very helpful and informative. However after not having my car for 2 days, even though they said the moon roof was fixed it is not. It began to rattle immediately after I took it home. It's a brand new car, and it's a very annoying, loud rattle. Also after saying twice that yes I'd like a car wash, that didn't happen either. Plus, I still have something on my car ring that looks like something they use in the shop to keep track of the keys? Just seems some things were forgotten or mismanaged after having my car for 2 days. Sorry so long. I'll need to come back to have them hear the noise. More
