First time buyers! It was our first time buying from a dealer and it was everything you could expect. Everyone was friendly, hospitality was great and answered all our q It was our first time buying from a dealer and it was everything you could expect. Everyone was friendly, hospitality was great and answered all our questions appropriately. Our sales associate was wonderful. The only reason I would rate 4/5 stars because the sales associate said the car would be cleaned & gas will be filled for our long 1 hour drive home before our purchase however my husband noticed some dirty/sticky residue (looked like food/drink) still on the steering wheel & we did NOT have a filled tank. We felt like truthfulness and carry over of words and actions was important for a full 5 star review. The best trait about our sales person was that she was extremely forward about the entire process. Overall, we would still recommend the dealer to new buyers looking into any new/used vehicles. More
