Great salesperson I found a truck I was looking for at this dealership. But the dealership is about 80 miles from my house. The salesperson Jean I worked with was very I found a truck I was looking for at this dealership. But the dealership is about 80 miles from my house. The salesperson Jean I worked with was very compensating and understanding to the fact the dealership was so far from my house. I went up one night, test drove the truck, and I liked it. It was within 30 minutes of closing. So there was not time to dive deeper into paperwork. So Jean gave me a number to which I could text information, and pictures of documents to her so she could work on my paperwork without me being there. That was very helpful to me, and it put me at ease knowing that she was working diligently for me to make the transition into my new truck as easy as possible. We kept in contact over the next few days as she and her team did everything they could to make sure I could get the truck I wanted. She called me after a couple days and told me the deal was done, just come up and sign. That really meant a lot that she was more concerned with doing things the right way, and understanding of the distance I had to drive. Rather than just a “get him in, get his money, get him out” type less than professional salesperson who only cares about numbers. Buying a vehicle from her was familiar, like buying a vehicle from and old friend. There was no pressure, and she was very accommodating while remaining professional. I looked at trucks at other places and they seemed to have a factory type mentality. get em in, get em gone. That’s why I did not buy there. Despite the drive I bought from Russ Darrow because of Jean. and I just wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to thank her properly. More

Irritatingly long I went in for a scheduled routine complimentary oil change which took 1hr and 45 minutes even though I was the only car in the shop. The service mana I went in for a scheduled routine complimentary oil change which took 1hr and 45 minutes even though I was the only car in the shop. The service manager had left and I had to wait for the service worker to move slower than molasses on a cold day. With the large window viewing the service department i was able to watch the whole process of this man wander around lost in the woods. Perhaps he needs to fill his pockets with bread crumbs, take a class or needs to be supervised at all times More
