The oil change didn’t take long but upon reading the repair papers, it stated that they told me about the low brake pad condition and I said that I would wait. Well they didn’t tell me that and I never said I’d wait. I told them that I would change my own air cabin filter. I only stay 6 miles from this dealership but from now on I’ll travel much farther away to another dealer who appreciates my business. Date of service was 1-18-2024 More

I had a tough situation and my salesperson Linda was very compassionate and understanding. She worked hard to be able to get me in a new lease vehicle. I got a different tech the last time I was there and the service went from great to terrible! After contacting the service manager with a condescending attitude, he gave me half off of the service fee. When service went from great to terrible! After contacting the service manager with a condescending attitude, he gave me half off of the service fee. When the car was brought back to me it had no air, worked when I took it in, told me that it would cost $360 to "diagnose" the problem. I took it down the road and the diagnosis was made, sensor was replaced and no attitude for $175! Just WOW! Trying to get the money back that they gave me a break on obviously!! Beware of the service department and check the price for repair at other places before you get ripped off! More

I am 40 years old.. he is 50!! What a joke.. I went in to Rochester did a trade-in leased a brand new lariat - (phenomenal customer service there). I own 5 different businesses including one right across from his dealership.. he didn't bother to ask any relevant question.. I will never do business with them.. and would not recommend to anyone.
