A followup on my earlier review. I was contacted by the service manager 2 days later and told that before they would honor the warranty on the replacement transmission for my 2017 Si I was contacted by the service manager 2 days later and told that before they would honor the warranty on the replacement transmission for my 2017 Silverado I would have to pay 2 thousand dollars to have the transmission oil cooler replaced. If the transmission they installed damaged the oil cooler why should I have to pay to have it replaced? I regret ever buying a truck from them and would not recommend them to anybody. More

I just don't understand why everything costs so much. oil and filter changes shouldn't cost $200. The price makes me want to go find it somewhere else less expensive.
