Usually pretty good except this time the service dept messed up. The unfortunate thing we were leaving on a trip early next morning , then we had to drive a long distance back to dealership in snowy and messed up. This is the best car buying experience I have had in my life (I'm 77yo and I have purchased a bunch of cars). Jim Russell is the best. My buying experience was excellent because of Michael Singleton. We ordered the vehicle June 1 and Michael told me it would be 3 months before it was here. It was here in 6 weeks. Also Michael kept me Singleton. We ordered the vehicle June 1 and Michael told me it would be 3 months before it was here. It was here in 6 weeks. Nothing but lies and a complete waste of 8 hours! I inquired about a 2007 colorado. Was told it was out of detail and the shop, ready to be test driven. So i drive 8 hours to see it. Was also told (a I inquired about a 2007 colorado. Was told it was out of detail and the shop, ready to be test driven. So i drive 8 hours to see it. Was also told (and it said on the website) it only had 53k miles. Only to get there and the truck actually has 69k miles (almost 20k more than they said) and it was still on the shop on the rack, and it was complely trashed! Didnt even make it to detail yet, couldnt even test drive it. Was told by the salesman it wouldn't be ready for 4 or 5 more days. I drove 8 hours to drive it and possibly buy it. DONT SHOP HERE! More
