When I went to Russell Honda, I wanted to "upgrade" from my Insight to a Civic Hatchback Hybrid. I saw that they had the exact car I wanted in stock and went to finance it. Wilbur helped me through the pr my Insight to a Civic Hatchback Hybrid. I saw that they had the exact car I wanted in stock and went to finance it. Wilbur helped me through the process and explained everything clearly. Ronney explained some of the financing and protection packages clearly as well. We were able to work out a plan that fit my budget. When all of the paperwork was said and done, they had to do a final check of the car before handing me the keys. It took a little longer than expected and Ronnie offered me lunch as a bit of an apology for the wait. The customer experience is pretty great as Russell Honda. More
