Service Consistency I love the customer service at this dealership. The gentleman who sold me my Accord, Mr. Neil Nesler, recognized me walking around the lot and made it I love the customer service at this dealership. I forgot my correct service appointment time and was over 30 minutes late. I appreciate Nick Tate for being understanding of my forgetfulness. He called my cell as soon as the service was complete, and was very detailed in making sure I was aware of the condition of my car, and what recommendations I may consider on future visits. I was also impressed with the fact that when the service was complete, Nick didn't just hand me my key and say, "it's out front." He took 2 minutes to walk me towards the vehicle until he was confident that I recognized where it was parked. That's going the extra mile. That's the Russell Difference. My wife has free oil changes for life on her vehicle at another dealership. We left Russell and I followed my wife to her dealership. I would have loved to have video taped that experience so you can see just how the Russell service department is setting the bar for customer service. From the moment we pulled up to the service bay at my wife's dealership, it wasn't comical - it was just a joke. I appreciate each and every Russell associate. If you ever disappoint me, trust me, I will let you know. But with your dedication and consistency, that is not a concern of mine. More

The Russell Honda extended family are the reason why I drive from Hot Springs (1 hr. and 54 minutes, 110.6 miles, at a fuel cost of approximately 1/2 tank of gasoline; round trip under excellent driving conditions) just to get an oil change. And NO, I do not have free oil changes for the life on my Accord's ownership. Save yourself some time, buy your vehicle from Russell, and make sure you attend the Honda Owner Workshop. I promise, you will walk away with something that will benefit you as a Honda owner. More

After making me a new key and programming it to my car, Carlos ran my VIN in their computer and saw there was a recall and they replaced the part that day. That, and the professional and efficient service I received was so impressive. If you think this service dept isn't great, bring your car to my town - you'll be lucky to get it fixed in a week no matter what the issue is - and without the smile. I have bragged about these people to everyone at work, and my family and friends. More

Excellent service! I had a warranty issue with the sunroof not opening properly. I brought the car in and was very pleased with service dept. Quick & Professional Russell Honda has always gets me in quickly and they just don't do a quick oil change. I am never there for more than an hour, and the service team is always very kind. They take the time to explain the service to me and let me know of anything that I should be aware of. Even though I'm not in need of new break pads, they explained when I should expect to purchase them. Allowing me to plan ahead for the further maintanence of my Civic. There was some confusion of what all was included with my Honda Care membership and their customer service representatives were extremely patient and helpful. Working in customer service myself, I appreciate the people who take the time to help their customers feel more at ease. More
