We were looking to upgrade our car because we are adding an addition to our family. Because the pregnancy was unexpected and we recently moved from Florida we had no money down and were still paying off our car note. Dino Varcados and Frank Castillo in the finance department were very understanding to our situation and tried EVERYTHING to help us get where we would be comfortable with our payments. GT, our sales rep, made sure we were happy with the type of car we were looking at. He went over every detail about the car and unlike Micah at John Eagle, GT was caring and understanding the minute we explained our situation. He never once discouraged us or denied us from testing a car. My husband and I have already talked about how we will go back to see GT when it's time to purchase our next car. More
