Avoid this dealership! I was referred by car pro radio show. I also was referred by Costco. I purchased a car there before & it's very close to my office. I waited 3 weeks to test drive a Honda Accord Touring model - they could never get one for me to even test-drive or look at! Unbelievable. I eventually went to the Honda Cars of Katy and Spring Branch Honda. I would recommend either of those. Their sales staff is much friendlier and attentive. I eventually bought a car from Spring Branch Honda. They truly worked to earn my business. Plus, their follow-up and their management staff truly wants you to be satisifed. More

My daughter, husband and I were all told at different times that with the car purchase she would receive the Complimentary Advantage Rewards. The rewards are suppose to include free oil changes (2 per year, 6 max). Well, it all ended up being a lie as now they say it is only good for Ford, Homda or Mazda vehicles and a waste of time. I do not work there so how was I suppose to know this information as it is not stated on the Rewards Brochure they gave us or even on the sign as you enter the sales department. And the salesperson that sold us our vehicle no longer works there-shocker. When I called to schedule the appointment on March 20th the woman on the phone even looked up the vehicle-verified that it was a 2013 Chevy Equinox and scheduled the oil change for today (March 21st). After driving 40 min to get there Kathleen in the service department informed my daughter that the rewards/oil changes is not valid for her vehicle. We then talked to Brian Kahla (used car director) and they were only able to offer one free oil change and my daughter would have to wait 2-3 hours to get it in. I explained that was not good customer service--wasn't even average customer service so he said he would go talk to Justin the GM. Guessing Customer Service is not very important to them as they weren't willing to do anything. I will never buy another car from there again and plan on telling everyone I know about their below par Customer Service. More

Great sales experience GT spoke to me months ago when I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He stayed in touch and checked back when I had told him I would be able to lo GT spoke to me months ago when I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He stayed in touch and checked back when I had told him I would be able to look at new cars. He answered all of my questions and was completely patient as I tried various cars to see which ones suited me. He was very helpful and I will recommend him and R&S to friends. This is my third Honda from R&S. I truly appreciate that when our interest was pulled to a Pre-owned Certified instead of a new car, GT continued to help me and answer my questions. I appreciate having one sales rep that can do both new and used. The only improvements I would have liked would be less paperwork (probably not going to happen) and a wider variety of music (80s hits on repeat get old after a while). If that's the worst of it, it was a pretty good experience. More

Slow and unresponsive I bought a Accord in 2011 here and I have never seen such mediocrity in a sales/service facility. Calling ahead does not result in help. I do not recommend this dealership. More
