No integrity, Karan doesn't answer my calls nor my concerns I was rip off and tricked into uncessary add-ons services contract when purchasing my Odyssey here. This dealer slapped so many, many... as in a lot o I was rip off and tricked into uncessary add-ons services contract when purchasing my Odyssey here. This dealer slapped so many, many... as in a lot of addons package on every vehicle on the lot. I was forced to get the vehicle with extended warranty, service maintenance plan, Nitrogen protection, collision deductible program, and gap-which I believed the only necessary for me. So, I came back to get refunds on these unnecessary program that bumped my total vehicle cost by more than $6,000 and the old man from middle east who was a finance manager on my car was said to be not working there anymore. So I was able to got help from Karan Patel who assured us that we can get the refunds at least from the Extended Warranty, GAP, and Vehicle Maintenance Plan. With Prorated charges we can still able to get atleast $4,500-5,000 back. After a month, we only received $2,000 of refund. I am trying to get hold of Karan Patel but he never responded nor answer our calls. I hope at least somebody from the dealership can able to answer what is going on with our refund status of the add-ons packages that I wished I never had on my car. Mr. Karan, I am still trying to contact you and left you messages as of now relating on the status of the refund. Please don't ignore my calls/messages and I am still looking forward on the assurance you left me and my wife when we were on the dealership facing you. As for Mr. Jaime Rojas, Kudos to you man. I hope all employees in that dealership is as great as you are. Your integrity, profesionalism, and accomodating behaviour may set examples to your colleagues. More
Stolen sunglasses/didn't fix my car I went to Russell and Smith Honda when my brand new 2016 Pilot's breaks started squeaking. They said all they could do was lube them up, so I left my I went to Russell and Smith Honda when my brand new 2016 Pilot's breaks started squeaking. They said all they could do was lube them up, so I left my car, and came back for it a few hours later. Later on that day, I went to get my $200 rayban sunglasses from the center console only to discover that they had been stolen. The person took the sunglasses, but left the case so I hadn't noticed. I called at least 10 times, left messages on the service manager's answering machine, and never got a response! And what's worse, my breaks still squeak!! It was as though they had done nothing to my car other than open it up to steal from me. I was unable to get back down there as I had a newborn at the time, and by the 10th call, it was pretty obvious they had no intention of doing anything about it anyway. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

My salesman, Boubacar Kouyate, the manager, Dino Varcados, and finance, Oscar Duran were professional, friendly and helpful.they provided the best customer service ever! I was never pressured to make a decision. I did not go to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new car, but I am thrilled with my 2017 CRV! I went by myself and did text my husband a few times to keep him aware of my progress. This dealership has the utmost respect for women, which unfortunately is not always the case with car dealerships. Thank you Boubacar, Dino, and Oscar for helping me find a wonderful new car! More

I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from them. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism. During the paperwork of the car, Jad Jibin explain everything in detail and make sure that I understand everything and I was very satisfied with the price and financing. I really appreciated Memo Torres and Karina for the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. In addition, Memo and Karina brought my Honda Pilot to my door step, it was a really great service. I know I can come to Russell Smith Honda with any questions or concerns. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle I will be back. Thank you for the great experience and superb service. More

Did not give us best rock bottom price but their staff more than made up for a few hundred dollar differerence. Do not go anywhere else. Anthony in financing was great as well. Did not pressure us at all and accepted our prefied out cashiers check for full payment based in pre-agreed price with Dave Nelson in sales. Dont go anywhere else. We purchased a new 2017 CRV. Payed considerably over dealer invoice but is current market conditions. Highly reccommend this dealership who also showed my wife every feature, control, and let me even test drive another vehicle while we were waiting for completed paperwork More
