Great first car buying experience I initially went to Russel and Smith and did a test drive with Zee. He was very helpful and gave me great information. After reviewing all my options, I called back a couple weeks later and communicated with Alan. He was also very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns before going to the dealership. When I came in person again, I test drove with Ed and he was very helpful and made sure everything was in order. When an issue came up regarding my offer, I spoke with Dino. Dino responded quickly and accepted my offer after I expressed the issues I had regarding it. After that was settled, I worked with Jad in financing. He was extremely helpful and provided clarity to all the questions I had about my warranty options. Everyone that I spoke to at the dealership was very kind and always had the customer's best interest. This was the first time I purchased a new car, and the employees provided me with an excellent experience. Not one person that worked there was ever rude to me, and always greeted me with a smile. I visited several dealerships during my search, and the customer service at Russel and Smith was by far the best. Even when I went back to put on my plates, someone else helped me right away. I was given the chance to explore multiple different trim lines in the vehicles themselves (not just reading in a pamphlet, but actually sitting in them and exploring the controls). The test-drive was the longest test drive offered at any dealership from multiple different manufacturers: it was made clear to me that I could drive until I felt like I had a good sense of the vehicle, as opposed to "this is the route we always take." While I refused to make a purchase on the first day, the team respected my desire to comparison shop. When I returned to discuss financial options, the process was simple. I had a price target, made clear that that was what was needed to get my purchase, and so that's exactly what we agreed upon. No haggling, no back and forth, no surprise small print, no extra fees. There were no surprises when working with the financial office. All of the communications were direct, straightforward, respectful, and made the process fast and easy. More
