Shop around there's better options out there. Looking for something with low miles & great price! Well once I arrived I was greeted by a salesman and spotted a vehicle I liked. Everything was going great until we got to the financing area. I have good credit & was hoping to get a great interest rate as I did with my previous Honda which was from the new car sales department. Well that is a totally different story for a used vehicle so I was told. Finance guy questioned me as to where I banked, who financed my previous vehicle & what was the interest rate & offered me a high interest rate ( at that point i was ready to walk out). As if this information, NOT my credit score was going to determine the price, interest rate and lender. This information is irrelevant! Then the finance guy called in his manager who then ask the exact same questions! To sum it up I got there with intentions to buy from a dealer I felt treated us fairly on our last purchase but left very disappointed on how I was treated (as if they were testing my knowledge or how savvy on car buying I was). I ended up going to another dealer (Gillman) received a great interest rate & a good deal. Left very happy 😊 More

NOT COMPETITIVE - And does nothing to fix it. Quoted $4,165 to replace an Oil Pump, O-Rings, Oil Seal, Timing Belt, and Water Pump. They want to charge duplicate labor, when all of these components are housed near each other. A competing HONDA Dealership quoted me $1,860, which was for the Exact Same Repair. I even questioned the adviser on it after providing quotes back and he's just "following what the system is telling him." Russell and Smith won't address the problem (an inflated quote), or even investigate it further. You lost a customer Russell & Smith - won't consider you for purchasing car or future service. More

We spoke with the salesman Ari Imanraharja which was very very patient and helpful! I was so undecided on what I was looking for. On his own he pulled out several different cars for me to look at. So after he pulled out the 3rd car it was the one!!! Then we went inside to talk about the price and what we were able to pay. The Sales Director Dino Varcados was awesome!!! He worked with us he made this a stress free process!!! I will recommend Russell& Smith Honda to family, friends & strangers!!! They are the best!!! No hassle, stress free buying experience!!! Horrible Experience!!!!! I'm so upset. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over 2 weeks now. I took my car to their service department, told them exactly what the issue I'm so upset. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over 2 weeks now. I took my car to their service department, told them exactly what the issue was. They were supposed to order the parts and I was going to drop my vehicle back off to them once the parts arrived. I then received a call letting me know that they were not going to order the parts because they were going to do an update instead. I told them that would not fix my issue but was willing to give it a try. I dropped my car back off to them picked it up next day there was scratches on my driver door like someone had keyed my vehicle i was told be the service adviser Gonzalez- that they were not responsible because he has the area marked on his paper. I know for a fact that those marks were not on my vehicle at the time of drop off. Also my speaker is still rattling and making noise and my Bluetooth is still not working properly. This is a 2016 Honda that I just bought. I have asked to speak with the Service director 4 times and instead I keep getting put on hold or told he is unavailable. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. I will be calling the BBB and whoever else I can call about Russell and Smith Service department and how I am being treated. They make sure and take you money if anything else but don't do what is right. The the problems that I brought my vehicle in for is still an issue plus now my vehicle has key markings on the door and expect me to pay them to fix that!!!! More

I found the certified pre-owned car online (which they made easy, rather than requiring my personal info before they let me search like 'other' dealerships did). The website filters made it easy and fun. Once I decided on what I wanted, I was able to arrange to stop by and test drive. My salesman, GT Tan was great. He was enthusiastic and polite - answering ALL of my questions and concerns about the car and the process. He understood what I wanted and helped move away any obstacles that presented themselves. The process was relatively painless compared to previous car shopping experiences. While waiting to meet with the finance dept to complete the paperwork, he allowed me to migrate my 'stuff' from my old car to my new-to-me car to lessen the time it would take to get us home. He did all he could to make it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone coming to the dealership. I also worked with Karan Patel in Finance - who finally listened when I expressed that I only wanted PART of the extended warrantee package. The paperwork was completed with minimal hassles and I was finally able to leave - and enjoy the exhilaration of my awesome new-to-me car! More
