He said he would hold the car a few days for me.When i arrived at the dealership Mr. Varcados was in a meeting but had his sales consultant David Nelson assist me.David located the car and we took it for a test drive and had my trade in appraised.Later Mr. Varcados came out and thanked me for coming in and assured me that he would see to it that i was taken care of and he and David did.Long story short i never felt pressured to buy anything i did not want,got a great deal and left the dealership happy. The staff treated us well from the time that we arrived until the time that we left. Both my wife and I were impressed with the kind and professional treatment that we received from everyone we met. Even though we had researched our vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership, the sales consultant willingly showed us other available models to help us make the right decision and find a vehicle to meet our specific needs. Due to the late hour of our purchase, the staff stayed overtime to help us secure our financing and finalize the purchase. We returned the following morning to get the pre delivery service and to learn I more about the vehicle. The sales consultant took the time to teach us about all the features of the vehicle.
