Selam is the best! To be honest with you, at first I hated this dealership for the way they treated me as a student with F1 visa. They didn't count me as a customer at t To be honest with you, at first I hated this dealership for the way they treated me as a student with F1 visa. They didn't count me as a customer at the beginning; even two of their salespersons didn't take care of me and didn't follow up with me, for whatever reason. However, Selam turned this nightmare into the best experience for me. She is so caring and supportive. She took care of every single task; from getting the forms signed to even make the car ready for me. I don't know how to thank her but I definitely will recommend anyone looking for a new car to buy/lease to see her and ask her for help. I hope my words will be listened (read) and she gets praised by her managers. I hope other salespeople at this dealership learn how to professionally deal with customers, with any background, age, and etc., and take care of anyone who steps in as a potential customer who might eventually buy their cars. He took care of it then called with good news later. Then karime called and from the time I heard her voice we became friends. She gave me a lot to think about and so I brought a friend and she made me feel like getting a new car was the way to go. She showed me several cars based on color and took her time answering all the important questions just right. Kareme has a lovely demeaner and buy the time she answered all of my questions I new a new car was a great idea. I cannot speak more highly of her professional approach to the entire process. At one point she was passing paperwork to anthony matt from sevice came over to say hi and ask if I was getting a new car. How sweet. What a gem he is!! Too !! Then we moved on to anthony in credit who was just so funny. Anthony went thru all the paperwork with such throughness and humor too. I can not say enough good things about my experience. From Matt in service to Karime in sales to anthony in credit and all the nice people I encountered along the whole experience it was just great. This is my 3rd care Rom Russell Smith.
