Honest and friendly I just bought a 2012 pre-owned Honda Civic today here. My consultant was Mr. Dennis Lewis and I am very thankful for his patience and kind and profess I just bought a 2012 pre-owned Honda Civic today here. My consultant was Mr. Dennis Lewis and I am very thankful for his patience and kind and professional help. I felt he is honest and straight to the point, which are missing in another Honda dealer I visited a few days ago. The financing manager was also very enthusiastic and made me feel comfortable during the process. I am also thankful for that. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with Russell and Smith and I would like to recommend it to others. On the other hand, there were two small mistakes which made me a bit disappointed. The first one is that we test-drove a very good Civic first and prepared to buy it, but we found that it was sold out in the same day. We are fortunate to get another very similar Civic in the end, though it is not as good as the one we preferred. I understand it has been sold out But I think next time Russell and Smith could update the information on time. Secondly, on the title form, the colour was labelled as blue but the exact colour should be Cool Mist Metallic. I hope Russell and Smith could be more serious on the details because this may cause confusions. At last, a small point, I hope the information on the warranty can be explained as accurate as possible. More

I researched and located this dealership that was not too far from my home, and decided to call them to ask questions. Eddie answered the phone and was glad to assist. I told him my situation, and that I was a first time buyer that recently graduated college and was now a teacher and needed a reliable car. He asked me what I had in mind, and we scheduled an appointment the same day. When I arrive to the dealership, Eddie was eagerly waiting to assist me. I was able to get a car that best suited my needs in no time! I really appreciated the efforts made by Eddie, his manager, and the finance department. Mismatch tire on a brand new $33k car Had a tire blowout Saturday night in Houston and had to have my vehicle towed to your service department. So my vehicle had to be brought to a tow yard at the wrecker company until Monday afternoon. I arrived Tuesday morning after specifically speaking to Anna in your service department on the phone Monday to discuss the price of the tire which I made sure it was the same exact tire as the other 3. When i arrived they had a totally different tire on my car. Why would you mismatch a $200+ tire on a brand new vehicle. And just say OOPS ..... More
