Went for a new purchase, awesome experience We went to the dealership for purchase of new Odyssey.The van was kept ready for us to testdrive. Our sales person Selam was so helpful from beginning till end of all paperwork.She did try her best to finish all paperwork in time so we didn't have to be there all day. Most of the paperwork were to be esigned, which was so easy. I had bad experience from other dealership in the past when it comes to finance department, as they force to take extra warranty, protection package all kind of stuff. But here they explained there are options available if needed you can go with, that's the way it should be. I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend Russell & Smith Honda to those looking for a new purchase. More
