Jerald Ardoin was my Sales Consultant, and he made it a great process from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and he was very knowledgeable about each vehicle on the lot that I inquired about. I found a pre-owned vehicle (2014) BETTER than the one I was originally looking for in my price range. I was really surprised that they even had pre-owned Cadillacs at great prices. Jerald made sure that I received everything I wanted and more. As a rule, I do NOT purchase any pre-owned vehicle without my mechanic giving it the seal of approval. I made this request, and Russell & Smith Honda did not have a problem with it because of the confidence in their guarantee to the customer. I took it to my mechanic, and he gave it the thumbs up and confirmed it was a quality vehicle. I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of or paid too much for my vehicle. Finance Manager Anthony Alexander was also a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions before the final purchase and I received a warranty that best fit my needs.
