My roommate and I flew from 6 hours away to purchase a used Honda Accord Coupe. Thess picked us up from the airport and was extremely welcoming and friendly. Arriving at the dealership, I found the car was exacltly as pictured and described online along with the pictures Thess had sent to my phone. Upon test driving the vehicle, Thess informed me of many aspects of the vehicle, and was able to answer any question I conjured up. I really enjoyed working with this dealership, but Thess sealed the deal! She was an absolute joy to work with, and I will definitely be contacting her the next vehicle I decide to purchase! More

They Made it Possible As I waited for Aveann, my salesperson, I realized that with tax, title, and license, the price of the car I wanted to see was going to be beyond my m As I waited for Aveann, my salesperson, I realized that with tax, title, and license, the price of the car I wanted to see was going to be beyond my means. When Aveann arrived, I told her that I thought I should leave and restart my online searching for less expensive used cars. Right away, she offered the possibility of adjusting the price, and she asked for the amount I wanted to spend. She took it to her manager and he dropped the price by $400. When I was test driving the car, Aveann explained that using my car for trade-in would reduce the amount of tax on the purchase. I was so surprised when the dealership gave me the amount I was asking for my old car. With each concession in response to my concerns, I felt more and more strongly that everyone I dealt with wanted to make it possible for me to own the car. When the a/c didn't work, the dealership made the repair then and there, with no change to the previously negotiated price. During the long wait for the a/c repair, Aveann offered me pizza and drinks. We shared some interesting conversation, and I felt well cared for. At the end of the day, Jad led me through the payment process smoothly and comfortably. I never felt pressured about financing or warranty. It seemed that Aveann and Jad were helping me buy the car because I wanted it, rather than helping me buy the car because they could make a sale. I walked out having paid $20 less than the price I told Aveann I could afford. I enjoyed a friendly, supportive experience at Russell & Smith- Honda and have already shared my story with several friends. More
