I am giving Russell and Smith a 5 star rating because my experience with buying a brand new car there was very nice, informative, and pleasant. My sales consultant Mr. David Nelson is really a great salesman, and was very kind and patient during the process. Since I already have the color, the options and price in mind when I arrived there, David just took my information, and very soon came back with the price I had in mind. In just less than one hour I was on my way. Besides, with his help I also trade-in my very old Toyota collar there and it was a very time-saving service for me also. I highly recommend asking for him to take care of you if you are doing car hunting for a Honda. More
