As a result, I recognize and respect good salesmanship. This sale ended up being no ordinary transaction...the car broke down on my way home from the lot. To make a long story short, the car had an enormous amount of mechanical failures. Many attempts were made to repair the car, which cost the warranty and myself quite a bit of money. I was disheartened, disappointed, and in financial trouble as a result of the situation. Selam put me in touch with Brian, the used car director, who efficiently rectified the situation. Their actions after the initial sale displayed their genuine care for their customers, and how important the dealership's reputation is to them. Instead of demanding a refund and taking my business elsewhere, I purchased a different vehicle from them. I would not have done so had I had any doubts, and Brian made sure I had none. I now have a problem free car that I love, a payment I can afford, but most importantly, I have trust in them and the dealership to stand behind my purchase. I already knew what vehicle I wanted and had a price figure in mind after much research. Emanuel came in underneath that figure right off the bat and even agreed to knock another $200 off. I noticed the next day, however, that the floor mats were missing out of the trunk. Not a big deal as I planned to replace them anyway... but would have preferred that he told me the $200 off was for the mats. All in all a pleasant buying experience. Emmanuel was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had a larger financing department as the wait time was tremendous! More

She was very sweet and helpful. The weather was really ugly memorial day. She was very concerned about us. We ended leasing an Accord.And we left home that evening under flash flood warning. She was in contact with my husband and myself very worried about us.She cares about her customers.This by far the best saleswoman we ever got to know. We bought al least 7 new cars in the 20 years and Selam is the best.I can tell you enough about her.
