However, David Nelson and Cyrus changed my mind as they proved to be a wonderful exception to the cliché. They were very patient with me when I wanted to take my time to make a final decision of my purchase. I was quite demanding and did not wish to accept their offer right away however, they provided me almost everything I asked for in a pleasant manner at the end. I am very satisfied with the price of my new car and great customer services I received at Russell & Smith Honda. He made sure to show me vehicles in my price and age range and answered any questions I had. He was also very patient with me and my fiancé as it was our first purchase here in Texas (we are from New York and they do things much differently!). We also loved the coverage options you could choose to add to your vehicle. We were able to pick and choose the ones we wanted and make it exactly how we wanted it.
