Great experience! Just purchased a Honda Odyssey with Ray Huddleston at Russell & Smith. The experience could not have been better. I used TrueCar website and really Just purchased a Honda Odyssey with Ray Huddleston at Russell & Smith. The experience could not have been better. I used TrueCar website and really shopped around for a good deal. I was able to get a very good deal at Russell and Smith. I came with a pregnant wife and 3 kids (yeah, reason for the minivan) and Ray was able to help the experience go as good as possible. We were able to get everything done in about 2 hours on a Tuesday night and as painless as you can get. Ray even stayed late to help me as he was getting off at 6 but I could not get there earlier. I would recommend this dealership to others and I would not say that about other dealerships. More

No doubt, the highlight of my buying experience at R&S was the sales person Salam Fesehatsion. Over the years, I bought many cars from dealerships, but I have never encountered someone like Selam. She was simply great - attentive to my needs, presented me with sensible options and laid out the relevant facts and numbers. She was never pushy, non-judgemental and very honest, qualities opposite of the typical stereotype car salesperson. She even called to follow up two days after. However, my experience was almost ruined by the unreasonably long wait to see a finance person, even though I was pre-approved and the paper work ready ahead of time. Dino, the manger, was accomodiating and apologetic for the delay. At the end of the day, I have to say Selam was the difference. She more than made up for any negative experience. I strongly recommend her. More

Chile was very thorough in pointing out the features of all the different cars he showed me, and he took as much time with me as I needed to help me make the right decision. After he showed me several different cars, we came across a beautiful, blue Civic that I fell in love with. I wasn't prepared to make a purchase on my first visit, though, and that Civic, unfortunately, was sold soon after. However, Chile kept watch, and as soon as he saw another blue Civic come in on the truck, he texted me to let me know my car had arrived. He got me a fabulous deal on the car, and, even though I had already made my decision, he still took me on a test drive and, again, pointed out all the car's features when I came into the dealership that evening. I was at the dealership quite late waiting on my turn to go through financing, but Chile stayed the whole time, and he even washed my new car for me as the people who normally do that had already gone home for the evening. I could not have asked for a better salesman or experience, and I would highly recommend Russell & Smith Honda to anyone who needs a new car. More

I needed a nice used car to help someone in my family and I looked online for several choices. I had heard good things about RSH online and I knew other people that had bought vehicles there. I had checked my prices and honestly I tried to get the vehicle for less than the price offered. I thought "what could be wrong with this Honda that they are giving me such a low price." But Mr. Chile is a very honest man and he gave me the best price I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. I think Honda like every other car business has to make money of course in financing so if you can find a better interest rate than the what the guys in the finance department offer you should do that ahead of time. I forgot at first about my credit union that gave me an unbeatable interest rate for financing. Once I contacted them it made my purchase even better and didn't help the finance department so it was a good price and very low interest for me. Everyone I met at the dealership including Jack, Ayesha and Eduardo and especially Mr. Chile are great people and I would definitely ask for Chile if I need a new Honda or a used car. More
