I felt like I got a great price, and great service. They had to get my vehicle from out of town, and it came in several days sooner than they had anticipated. The whole process was smooth, and all the employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced there, and I'll definitely be recommending them to any friends who are in the market for a new car. More

She was extremely friendly from the first time we met her to the day we finally drove off the lot with our new car to the 3 visits in between. Everyone we met at Russell and Smith, from the sales staff, to the finance department, and the manager Dino, everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. As soon as I stepped in, the staff at the dealership made me feel I was their esteemed customer. They were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Then I met Joe Khuu, the sales rep. I was very lucky he was my sales rep. He explained all the features patiently and at no point I was felt pressurized to buy the vehicle. He made sure that I don't feel the pressure to buy the vehicle but I get what I wanted. When the pricing part was being discussed, he made sure I got all the discounts I requested after discussing with the sales manager. In no time, I signed the PO for my new Honda CR-V.
