Gladly, I had contacted their internet sales manager (Ms. Denise Molina) and exchanged few emails with her to find out if they had the specific trim I was looking for. Denise was a pleasure to work with. She made the often dreadful experience of buying a new vehicle, a true joy! Denise was very friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. I was particularly impressed with her service after sale - she was always available to answer any questions I had about the car. I am giving this place a 5 stars because of her. Best car dealership experience ever From square one, we worked with Hussain and we were told what deal we were getting, how much money down we would be paying and what our monthly paymen From square one, we worked with Hussain and we were told what deal we were getting, how much money down we would be paying and what our monthly payment would be. They stayed true to their word, we were never given the runaround and our time was not wasted. We arrived to do our test drive, and Hussain had the car waiting for us, we drove it and told him we'd be in touch (this all took under an hour). He didn't try to sit us down for a long "sell" or back and forth on price and what he may or may not be able to do for us (like we'd experienced at other dealerships.) We returned the next day to sign the papers and get our Honda Odyssey. They were open, receptive, and quick acting on a small issue that arose. Never thought we could say "honest" and "car dealership" in the same sentence but that was definitely the case. Hussain and Dino (the manager) were GREAT to work with because they put our satisfaction above their need fulfill a sale of a car. Nobody was ever pushy and we felt very at ease there. We will definitely return to that dealership and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, can't speak highly enough of this place! More
