I had been to (5) different dealerships in order to compare offers with Russell and Smith being the last, mainly because their location was the furthest away. Denise was by far the easiest to work with. She was very natural in her sales approach and didn't try any of the other "gimmicks" I had run into at the other dealerships. She knew her products, any questions or concerns I had she had answers. The final price was not the lowest but very competitive, so because of the overall impression I received I closed the deal. I have already recommended Denise and the dealership to some friends and look forward to a good relationship with the dealership in the future. My brother told me his cousin-in-law got a good deal on a Honda Accord at Russell & Smith, so we decided to go check out Russell & Smith Honda dealership. When my parents and I got to Russell & Smith Honda, we were approached by Joe Khuu (sales representative) at the parking lot. I told him we wanted to take a look at the Honda Civic, so He got the keys for the car and explained what this type of Civic is equipped with. I asked him if he (Joe Khuu) can show us the Honda Accord, so he got golf cart to take us to that area. He told about us each trim level for the Honda Accords. Even though we were getting a base model Accord, he (Joe Khuu) let me test drive the Accord EX sport. We did not buy the car that day because we wanted see if we could beat Russell & Smith Honda dealership's price on the car. We showed them the next day what another dealership was offering, even though there were gimmicks the car dealership was using.
