Once we decided on a mini-van, I began my search in earnest by contacting an online sales rep from Honda. Denise Molina responded to my inquiry and was extremely helpful answering my questions. She invited me in for a test drive, and I visited her dealership on a Friday morning. Although I had my wife's permission to choose on her behalf, I asked Denise if we could take the vehicle to our house for my wife to see and drive (w/ a new baby, this was the only way...) Our impression of the vehicle was really high, and by the next morning I was driving the Odyssey home! I had no expectation of buying that weekend, but everything just fell into place. Selam was very nice and and pleasant to work with. She greeted me and took me around the car models I was interested in looking at. She was never pushy about trying to get me to purchase a car. She answered all my questions and helped me to find a car within my budget. She really was great and treated me like a real person, unlike other places that see you as just a money profit. I also liked how many of the employees would smile and greet me, offer me help or answer questions if I had any.
