Awesome, really awesome! I had a 2002 Honda Accord with 273,000 miles and was ready to purchase a new car in late July, 2014. Obviously, I am a little "out of practice" with I had a 2002 Honda Accord with 273,000 miles and was ready to purchase a new car in late July, 2014. Obviously, I am a little "out of practice" with buying a new car! So, when I pulled up to the dealership, all of the salesmen and women were "hanging" out at the front and it felt as if none of them wanted to take a chance on me. Nonetheless, a saleswoman named Selam greeted me when I was inside the showroom and she was very professional and polite, and not pushy. When I told her what I was looking for, she cut out all the BS, got the keys, and we test drove two 2014 Accord Sedans! Yeah!! When we returned and started talking numbers, I asked for the Invoice price. TO MY SURPRISE, THE INVOICE WAS ACTUALLY LESS THAN WHAT I FOUND ON EDMUNDS.COM! So, I couldn't pass up such a great deal and decided to get it the same day! There was no haggling, no tension, nothing! Since I was in a huge rush, everyone was very accommodating and helped me make my purchase quickly, and easily. I need to add that the financial lady named Amanda was awesome also and was hilarious! Thanks Amanda! After I finalized my purchase, Selam was nice enough to take my photo with my cell phone, showed me how to connect my phone to the bluetooth, and has been following up via text message to make sure everything is ok. I could not have asked for a better experience and I have only had the car for about 1 week now. If you are looking for a hassle free Honda buying experience, you seriously need to ask for Selam at Russel and Smith. I am confident she will make your buying experience as pleasant as mine.
