I had originally planned to shop around at a few dealerships but lucky for me Russell & Smith Hond I wanted to trade my 09 Honda in for a newer model. I had originally planned to shop around at a few dealerships but lucky for me Russell & Smith Honda was my first and last stop. My sales person was Selam. She made me very comfortable right off! She was very friendly, patient and she stayed on top of her job without coming off as a pushy sales person. Overall my whole experience there was great from start to finish. I even changed my mind after leaving the lot and decided on a different model. They worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond. Special thanks to Amanda as well! russell & smith honda misrepresentation Leased a 2014 Pilot in Feb2014. Never leased before. During lease execution/documentation, told R&S Honda rep (L Miron) that I could not see anywhere Leased a 2014 Pilot in Feb2014. Never leased before. During lease execution/documentation, told R&S Honda rep (L Miron) that I could not see anywhere in the lease documents the negotiated price of the Pilot. I asked him, more than once, if anything was being added to the negotiated sales price. Mr. Miron answered, more than once, No, nothing was being added. Later, upon careful review of what I had signed, I discovered that over $2000 was added to my negotiated sales price. I was not asked to approve it or made aware of it by any R&S Honda rep. I won't list the multitude of names that I've asked to respond to this. Some got back to me, some didn't. No one responded until I contacted the Honda customer service number. Finally, Brian Le, the finance director (at that time, no longer) got back to me and admitted that there were items added to the price of the Pilot that I was not made aware of. He and I came to an agreement wherein R&S Honda would write me a check for $795. Believing that the issue was resolved, we bought another car from R&S Honda - a 2014 CRV - in Apr, 2014. We had been holding off on the CRV purchase to see if R&S Honda would resolve the Pilot issue. However, Brian Le called me back to say that the check must be paid to Honda, not to us. Brian said that the $795 would be applied to our next two lease payments. I reluctantly agreed. After the $795 was not applied to our lease payments, I called Brian back. The story now is that Honda decided to classify the $795 as an "additional security deposit". We may get it back if Honda decides, at Honda's discretion, that there isn't excess wear and tear on the Pilot at the end of the lease. I won't hold my breath, but I do believe that it's illegal to alter an already completed and executed contract. Honda apparently believes not only that it can do this, but do it unilaterally. My last contact with Brian, before he left R&S Honda, was that he was going to get back with me and show me what language in the lease allows Honda to do what they did (that language does not exist). Since Brian has left, I've tried and tried to get someone at R&S Honda to contact me. The only response I got was from Mr. L. Miron (he was the Finance Director for a brief period after Brian's exit). Mr. Miron's response was that he no longer was with R&S Honda, that Mr. Edgar Williford is now the Finance Director, that I should contact Mr. Williford. Mr. Miron also advised me that he copied Mr. Williford with Mr. Miron's response to me. I've now attempted to contact Mr. Williford twice. In addition, I've contacted Honda Customer Service again. They tell me that they have instructed Mr. Williford to contact me. I have heard nothing from Mr. Williford. HELP!!!!! More

Top quality service and salesmanship from start to finish I contacted the dealership after doing extensive research with dealers and on-line. I was prepared to make my purchase on July 3rd at another dealer w I contacted the dealership after doing extensive research with dealers and on-line. I was prepared to make my purchase on July 3rd at another dealer who had given me their "best" drive-out price on the Honda CR V. When I contacted David I shared a). that I did not have time to haggle and b). I was prepared to buy and that I needed their "best" price. Told him that this was my "peace of mind" last check before heading to the other dealer which was true:-) Fast forward, David provided me a price with details of what was included via email. It was BETTER than the price I had from another dealer. Naturally, I thought the difference was on the accessories package----Ironically, David's offer included a BETTER package as well! When I arrived at the dealership my buying experience was managed without blemish by a team of professional, competent courteous individuals who had one goal---to get ME the best possible price with the best possible package on the best possible vehicle that worked for ME and MY objectives. While they may likely needed to hit a sales goal themselves NOT ONCE during my interaction with ANY of the team members did I feel that I was simply hitting a sales objective but was there to receive top notch service! EVERY aspect of this transaction exceeded my expectations which are HIGH to begin with:-) Many thanks to David, Dino and the Finance Director and the Leasing Consultant who also went the extra mile to make the experience pleasant. The one thing that really should out is how they all took time to address ALL of my questions and ensured that I had enough information to make an intelligent decision about every step of the process including the final additions to my package that I added due to the true benefits and deal they were able to offer me! Also love the 3 year benefit of FREE oil changes! Throughout the process they continued to state "We just want you to be happy"-------based on the above experience --- the TEAM accomplished that objective!! PS. Anyone that would like to purchase a Honda with REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS on pricing (meaning they can't give the cars away) should definitely shop Russell & Smith Honda before making their purchase!
