The Easy Way to Buy a New Car Selam, our salesperson greeted us as we walked into Russell & Smith Honda. She asked if she could help my husband and me. With a smile, she said she would like us to see two different cars and that she would go get them while we sat down and waited. I have some problems with walking and I really appreciated this. After we looked at both a CRV and an Accord, we decided that the Accord was what we wanted. Selam then drove us to the section of the lot that had the Accords and we found one that was the color we liked and had the features we wanted. With our decision made, everything else was accomplished efficiently. Selam gave us a basic tutorial about the car while we waited to talk to the finance man and when we got to him it went as smoothly as it could have. After we got home, Selam even called to see if we had any questions. We feel that it was the best car-buying experience we have ever had, largely due to Selam and the other employees. More

Had an EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE I had contacted and visited several Honda dealerships in Houston and none of them were willing to provide me an estimated Drive-Out Price in "Writing" I had contacted and visited several Honda dealerships in Houston and none of them were willing to provide me an estimated Drive-Out Price in "Writing" except Russell & Smith Honda. I went there along with my family the next day but unfortunately I was informed that the guy who forwarded me a competitive D/O price via email, Mr. Le, was off sick. At first I thought, in his absence, I might have to re-negotiating from the scratch with another salesperson and I may not be able to get the discounted price that Mr. Le had promised. However that wasn’t the case, Mr. Benito Sanchez welcomed us with a friendly gesture and a big smile. I showed him the email correspondences I had with Mr. Le and he quickly acknowledged my requirements and expectations. Within few minutes of discussion, he came up to us with a drive out price that exactly matched our expectations. There were no last minute surprises or conditions apply to this final drive-out price. In addition, Benito was very knowledgeable about the Honda Accord. He made us feel welcomed and part of the Russell & Smith Family. Unlike most other dealers, Benito kept the whole process extremely transparent and he is a very honest lad. I did manage buy a 2014 Honda Accord on that day and I highly recommend this dealer and sales staff to be, if not first but surely the last stop for anyone wishing to buy a Honda! W must say that Denise Molina at this dealership was the most helpful and quick to respond to our calls and emails prior to visiting the dealership. We visited two other dealerships and were not impressed with the sales tactics nor the attention that we were given. When we arrived at Russell and Smith, we noticed that the van we wanted to see was in front of the building and ready for our test drive. Denise was ever so helpful and accommodating to our needs. We bought the van at a price no other dealership could match. Our experience with their finance department was so smooth, we would recommend Russell and Smith to our friends.
