We did our research, went to several dealerships, and talked to several different sales people at those dealerships. When we walked into Russell & Smith Honda we were greeted by Selam and quickly felt co talked to several different sales people at those dealerships. She asked us which cars we were interested in, got the keys, and we went on tests drives. A few days later, she called to see if our search was still going okay, when we let her know we were ready to come in and talk numbers she told us when she would be available to do that (the very next day). We came in, she found out the very best price she could get for us, and we worked with Laurentiu for our financing with no hassle and in half the time we were expecting. After all paperwork was said and done Selam went with us to the car to show us how to use features in the car and set up my phone with the bluetooth. We left the dealership feeling completely at ease, knowing we got a great deal, and not rushed into anything we were not comfortable with or out of our price range. More

He took time listening and understanding our needs and worked with us to find the right car at the right price. Also, Chile proved to be very knowledgeable and explained us the car’s technology functions in a clear and understandable way. I’ll highly recommend him likewise Leslie in the finances department who was very nice and friendly even though it’s almost 09:00pm.
