My salesman, Jesse Escalante, was very patient and kind. The Manager, Dino, was wonderful. On the financial end of my purchase, Chris Rehkopf was the best! I believe his name was Jeff, however, am unsure, however, he assisted me with the GAP insurance process and was amazing. My whole experience with this team of professions was absolutely wonderful! Would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new Honda at a great price. Thank you all! More

Great Customer Service I purchased a new 2014 CRV on May 1st. My whole experience with my purchase was fantastic. My purchase experience began with Denise in internet sales. Very nice lady. Then I was switched to a salesperson named Cyrus. He answered my call even on his time off. I met Dino the sales manager who never made me feel pressured. Which was excellent, I hate being pressured. Yesterday I had problem with one of my tires. Not Honda's fault. I had a screw stuck in my tire. The service writer told me the tire had to be replaced and could not be repaired. And I thought no problem, I bought the Nitrogen tire warranty, it covers road hazard. The long in the short the story is the service writer told me I was going to owe quite a bit for a new tire. (My car has 1,700 miles) I was upset and went to talk with Dino. I have to say I was really impressed with his immediate help and the outstanding customer service that he provided. More

Only one problem I left my rental car at the dealer to be picked up (by Enterprise). Liars I leased a car from them and I was told through the lease I would have free oil changes at any honda dealership. Well that was a bull faced lie. They really need to train their sales associates on all the rules and not just say things to blow smoke. I would NOT recommend this Honda Dealership at all! This was just the icing on the cake from all the other troubles and lies that I was faced with. Truly disappointed! More
