I had been to the dealership on two previous occasions desiring to purchase.I was never allowed to see the person in which I was referred to. The two interceptors both quoted me different prices, seemingl desiring to purchase.I was never allowed to see the person in which I was referred to. The two interceptors both quoted me different prices, seemingly in competition with one another rather than collaborating to provide a great sales experience for the consumer. The salespersons involved left me with no desire to return, even though I owned a honda and had my vehicle serviced there. I swore to never return to purchase at that particular dealership. I saw a vehicle that was appealing price wise. I still however had a bitter taste for Russell and Smith due to previous experience. I immediately expressed that to Mr. Linson during our first phone conversation. He was responding to my internet inquiry. He made me feel as if my concerns were valued. He apologized and expressed his desire to change my view of Russell and Smith. I assured him this would be no easy task. He was very thorough in explaining all the details of paperwork and options. He was available in the communication method of my choice. I felt valued as a potential buyer even though it wasn't set in stone. His demeanor and professionalism is what sold me on the vehicle. I let him know there was another vehicle at a different dealership with same price, newer model, better mileage. He did not begin to bash said vehicle or dealership in order to make a sale. He simply sold me on the one at Russell and Smith using facts, and great customer service. He was patient , not over bearing. I did not feel rushed or obligated as others have attempted to somewhat "bully" me into purchasing. I felt if as I were doing business with a friend who was truly concerned with my overall experience being one that would create a memory to erase all previous misconceptions about the nuisances involved in car buying. He turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience. I loved my experience thanks to Mr. Linson. I will return for future business endeavors and recommend Russell and Smith to others as a result if this encounter alone. I will however refer those persons to seek service from Mr. Linson in particular. Thank y for the opportunity to share my experience. More
