I want to take the time to recognize an outstanding employee by the name of Denise Molina. My wife and I are looking for a car. We have been to several dealerships in Houston area. Unfortunately, most dealerships treated us as another sale. When we drove onto the Russell & Smith Honda Dealership, we were welcomed with a friendly gesture and a big smile. Furthermore, Ms. Molina was very knowledgable about the Honda Accord. Denise made us feel welcomed and part of the Russell & Smith Family. At this time we did not make a purchase because we will be surprising our son with a graduation gift in May. However, come graduation time we will be back at the dealership looking for the right car fit for my son as he proceeds forward with his future endeavors. On a recent Saturday I determined that I needed a new car and was interested in the Honda CRV and Crosstour. Danny Gonzales allowed me and my wife to take extended test drives in both vehicles. I returned la and was interested in the Honda CRV and Crosstour. Danny Gonzales allowed me and my wife to take extended test drives in both vehicles. I returned later in the day after looking at a couple of other cars and decided on the Crosstour. Danny was with another customer upon my return but another salesman (Hussani) pulled the car around for another drive and within a couple of minutes and had even another salesman showing me how to use my cell phone with the Bluetooth feature. Once Danny was free we made the deal in 15 minutes or less! At this time the finance department was really busy and there were a couple of people ahead of me. Danny served me further by calling me when my turn came up which allowed me to leave the dealership and attend to some errands. I was in and out of the finance office in under 30 minutes and during that time the car was prepped and ready to go! A couple of days later I noticed what looked like a scratch on an interior panel so I drove back to the dealership to get them to order a replacement part. They accepted full responsibility, were able to buff out the spot and I was on my way in 15 minutes! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was in the dealership for no more than 2 hours where in previous car purchases it has taken nearly all day. More

We actually planned to go to the other dealership first because I thought it was closer to my house, but we ended up at Russel and Smith first. I am very happy that we did! This was my first time buying a car. I drove the same car given to me from the age of 16- now (25). I spoke to two dealers in my area and they could not give me the deal I wanted and also called and tried to "warn" me about the famous "bait and switch". Local dealers almost convinced me that I wouldnt get a better deal in houston and told me I would be wasting my time. I am very impressed with this dealership. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to pay (not an unreasonable price) and maybe negotiated for 30 minutes. Santos was helping Denise because she is new to car sales, and he was AWESOME! I cannot find the man who helped finish up our paperworks card, but he was pretty awesome also! My dad and husband were with me for this purchase and we made sure to pull the manager to the side and let him know how impressed we were and how pleasant the experience was for me! I dreaded dealerships until this one! I highly reccommend them! More
