What a relief to find a Russell and Smith Honda, and Oscar Duran. Oscar was very polite, actually listened to my needs, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Oscar was never pushy, never tried to show me a car outside my price range, and was patient while I made my decision at my own pace. The buying process actually went faster and more smoothly than any of my prior experiences. It was essentially stress -free which I never would have thought possible! I don't recall the name of the gentleman in the business office who helped me, but he was also very kind and not the least bit pushy. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Oscar to my friends, and come back the next time I need a car. More
