I met Cyrus Bahraini at the Houston Auto Show while looking at the new 2013 Accords. This is the second purchase from Russell and Smith Honda. The first was in 2002 and Ian Nylander was my sales person. This time it was Cyrus. The experience both times was exceptional. He explained what the selection was (I was after a 'hail sale'), walked me through the paperwork and then introduced me to the finance manager. Arranging financing for a new car can be an ordeal, but he made it actually enjoyable. Sorry I can't remember his name. He's Purdue grad. When the sale was finalized, I came back out into the showroom and Cyrus went through the owner's manual and we had a 'get to know the car' talk...all about the technology of the vehicle which had changed markedly, as you'd expect, over 10 years. Then we went out to the car. He helped me unload my 2002 and then we sat in the new car and he went through the vehicle's systems. Cyrus was great. More

Ian Nylander was careful to ask my son his preferences at each stage of the process, and he showed genuine concern for his feelings about his future car. At no point did anyone rush us or speak down to us; instead, both Ian and later Memo Torres did everything they could to help us. My son and I felt welcomed as customers by everyone at Russell and Smith. A year ago my older son Robert also bought a car at Russell and Smith Honda, and Memo Torres was our salesmen. His respectful and methodical approach meant a great deal to my son and me . Both Ian and Memo treat their customers in a very respectful way.
