Since buying the car - customer service has failed with Russell & Smith Honda. I'm extremely disappointed. I was never alerted that my tags were made available (promises were made the messages were left - but I can assure you, we never received any). And several emails were ignored - my husband sent two separate emails that never received any response. Still have yet to receive a second key which was promised with my tags. Instead, we'll have to leave the car for a day - which as of right now, cannot be a priority for me and my family. And when my battery died after only 2 months, they offered no solution except to replace when we could get the car to the dealership- the car was dead. Not sure how I was supposed to get it to the dealership. Thankfully I have AAA to come and jump my battery. When I asked for a tow to the dealership, I was refused unless I was willing to pay a fee, which I was not willing to pay. It's unacceptable for something as simple as a battery to be drained after 2 months when there was no cause (e.g. lights left on). Will not refer anyone to Russell & Smith because service turns out to be extremely poor after they've made the sale and gotten their money.
