Now come the time to pay (I was paying cash). Of course I did not have that amount of cash on my (too risky) so I presented my CC. Sorry, policy we do not accept CC. So my answer was OK, keep the car and I will be back in two days to pay and pick up the car. Non sense. No problem. Take the car now. Pay me in two days. I was just astonished. They gave me a $32K car on my signature. I don't know many dealer that will do that. Overall, a great, painless experience. The three gentlemen I dealt with were just that, gentlemen. I saw Danny's good Customer reviews on dealer rated and decided to give him a call. The negotiation over the phone was straight forward. I went to the dealership and within an hour and half, selected a and decided to give him a call. The negotiation over the phone was straight forward. I went to the dealership and within an hour and half, selected a Pilot, test drove it and all paperwork was done. Car was promised to be ready the next day by 6:00 PM for installation of roof rails and received a call by 3:00 PM that car was ready. Danny spent 1/2 hour explaining operation of electronic gadgets. This has been the best car experience in my past 30 years. No hassles, no misunderstandings, no last minute "fees". I would strongly recommend this dealership and specially dealing with Danny Morse for 1st class Customer service. More

Some of the other dealerships didn't even respond to my request for a bid on a new vehicle. We made arrangement to meet with Danny Morse the next day. After a test drive and a brief discussion on what options best suited our needs, we purchased the vehicle. There was never any presssure or sales tactics. We had a hood air deflector installed and the only reason they didn't score the highest in the Quality of Work question was because the part wasn't in stock. On our return visit to pick up the vehicle, Danny worked with both of us to explain and setup many of the technical options. They didn't just take our money, hand us an owner's manual, and send us on our way. This type of personal service after the purchase is rare. Thanks! More

When the dealership did not have the exact make/model of the car we wanted, he was able to work with another dealership to get the car within a week's time. He completely tailored and streamlined the process to meet my needs. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not to mention the car was available to drive out almost immediately!
