Ray Huddleston was a great sales advisor. We worked out a deal over email and the phone therefore we did not have to haggle once I arrived at the dealership. My reason for such a negative review is beca a deal over email and the phone therefore we did not have to haggle once I arrived at the dealership. My reason for such a negative review is because the finance department ran my credit multiple times despite me telling them not to. I made it very clear that I did not want my credit pulled several times because I was going to be refinancing my house soon and did not want all the inquires. Well, they just did whatever they wanted and pulled with 3 different times on each of my credit reports. I did not care what interest rate I was given as I put a large amount down and was going to be paying the car off in less than a year. Dino the sales manager took over a month to respond to complaint and has failed to provide any reasonable explanation as to why it happened or what steps he was going to do to correct the problem. **UPDATE** 1/31/13 - The general manager contacted me about the issue I had with his dealership and did the best he could do to correct the problem. By far the most superb car-buying experience I have ever had! Everyone that I dealt with, literally, bent over backwards to make sure that I left with my new car. The salesmen (and women) treated me like a person and not dollar signs. I would most definitely buy another vehicle here and highly recommend it to my friends and family. This is the easiest and fastest car buying experience I ever had. My sister wants to buy a Honda CRV. She does not want to deal with all the sales related stuff, so she asked me for help. Ray got back to me and offered me a price that I can't say No to. That's it. We drove over and sign the contract and took the car home. I wish we have more dealership like this in CA, and more sales people like Ray. If I ever move to Texas, I will for sure buy all my cars (of course, Honda) from Ray. Great Job Ray:-) More

Danny took his time to explain all details regarding the car, and was very helpful while I was negotiating the price for the Honda CR-V SUV I selected. Danny made sure that the car was properly prepared for me, inspected it, reviewed with me all the controls and functions, and even offered to do the same with my wife if she so chose. Santo Lazo handled the financial side of my vehicle purchase transaction, including the loan I obtained from AHFC through the dealership with his help. Santo is friendly, very efficient, and completed the transaction in very little time. He too was friendly and personable, and with a good sense of humor as well. Dino Varcados is the sales manager who introduced himself to me during my first exploratory visit and assured me that he will do all he can to satisfy my needs. After I signed the purchase agreement he came to shake my hand and personally thanked me for my purchase. As with Danny and Santo, Dino also displayed friendliness and courtesy. I have purchased many cars over the past 43 years, and I must say that this was my most pleasant car purchase experience to date. Kudos to Danny, Santo, and the RUssell & Smith Honda dealership. More
This was the best car buying experience ever. At first I met Randy song at the parking lot, saw the inventory of 2013 Accord EX-L. Both Ian and randy were so efficient and just all around some of the nicest people I've met. Though i got a great deal on the price, i couldn't make the deal close on the same day due to financial issues. Dealer held my vehicle around 2 weeks until I finalized the confirmed date for pickup. I really appreciate the management for their customer service. Finally I went to dealer after 2weeks and met Dino and Randy. I spoke to finance team to close the deal. The deal was closed smoothly and quickly. They made sure all my concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone. Thank you More

Dealing with Ray Huddleston is the only way I will buy a new car. He is fair, honest, efficient and does not employ any high pressure sales tactics.
