Dealing with Ray Huddleston is the only way I will buy a new car. He is fair, honest, efficient and does not employ any high pressure sales tactics. Let me begin by saying I did not intend to buy a car at Russell & Smith Honda. We had always shopped at another local Honda dealer. However, the customer service my husband and I received from the minute Russell & Smith Honda. We had always shopped at another local Honda dealer. However, the customer service my husband and I received from the minute we met Richard C. was absolutely phenomenal. He was very interested in working with us to help us find a used car that met our desired qualities. And, he and his team delivered. Richard C. is very knowledgeable about car shopping and shared important tips with me and my husband on how to find the best deal in a used car. He was very patient as well, as we had recently been hit by another driver and lost our car (total loss). We were both emotionally attached to our previous vehicle and wanted something comparable to it that we could put the same tender love and care into. I truly believe Richard C. understood this and that is what made him so successful in helping us. After Richard C. helped us locate a car that we both liked and completed our paperwork, we spoke with Santos L. in the financing department for the details on financing. This is when I learned about the coverage options to protect my husband and I in the case that we experience another total loss. Santos L. was very knowledge and helped us select the right coverage for our particular situation. He even told us about a way to save a little money on our car note. We took the car home and tested it out for a day and then came back to sign all the final paperwork. We met Amy the next day when we signed all the final paperwork. She was so energetic and helpful. I swear I only spent 5 minutes with her but felt like I'd known her for years. I am so very impressed with the service I received at Russell & Smith Honda and hope you all are very successful for many, many, many years to come! I will definitely recommend you to everyone in need of a new or used car. I honestly am not one to go around handing out praises but you all deserve it. Great job! More

I had some issues with my car (a tinting of my windows), and let me tell you that you all have been very good in taking its care. I met Mr. Hussani at your dealership when I had come with a friend of mine and he got all my problems solved within no time. Not only the service was quick but also the price was very affordable too. I had never seen a dealer who was so humble, good natured and so much eager to help. I was grateful to him for his service and they way he talked to me and explained to me, even though he was not the one who had helped me in buying the car at your dealership. It speaks a lot about that man's god nature and knowledge about the car. I would sincerely like to thank him and you guys for that. More

With a baby on the way soon, we did not want to visit multiple dealerships in person. So, we went the route of requesting internet quotes. I sent out requests to more than 5 dealerships in the Houston ar multiple dealerships in person. So, we went the route of requesting internet quotes. I sent out requests to more than 5 dealerships in the Houston area on a Saturday morning in early November and heard back from Dung Le on Monday morning with all the information I had requested - drive out price, MSRP, cost for each of the options, doc fees/title fees, etc. This helped me set a benchmark against the other quotes I received and I found Russel & Smith to be beating all quotes by a fair margin for a 2013 Honda CRV. Then I personally visited with Dung Le the next weekend and he advised me to wait till 1st December for even better prices. This was a good suggestion - I finally drove out with a 2013 LX for $24k drive-out price - better than anyone had offered me till then and even better than the original quote that Dung had provided 3 weeks ago. The only annoying part was having to wait for the financing lady to make time to sit down with us. We waited in the lobby for over 2 hours after we had agreed to the price, financing (through Honda America) and going over the specific vehicle we had chosen. More
Purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Pasat. Had a lot of repetitive repairs. Car manufacturer was puzzled on how to repair the car. Danny hooked me up with a great deal on an Accord v6 coupe and honored a lower price for window tint even though he had misquoted the price.
