Danny hooked me up with a great deal on an Accord v6 coupe and honored a lower price for window tint even though he had misquoted the price. I had a small problem with the navigation system of my CR-V. Alfredo discussed it with me while we waited for Dino who was busy with another customer. This was the best car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had. About a year ago as my 2009 CRV was being serviced, I asked to see the new model CRVs. Micah McCoy said that the new models had just have ever had. About a year ago as my 2009 CRV was being serviced, I asked to see the new model CRVs. Micah McCoy said that the new models had just been unloaded the night before and we walked to the back lot to check them out. Coincidentally, a few months as my husband accompanied a friend to look at cars, Micah McCoy was the salesman assisting them. So when we went to look at 2013 CRVs, we asked for him. After having my car evaluated for trade-in, Micah gave us a drive-out price of just $400 over our "best price" estimate. After a price adjustment, I drove out in my new car just a little over an hour later! Incredible. I remembered later that I had left cds in my old car. Micah is checking to see if they can be recovered. My husband and I will recommend Micah McCoy and the Russell & Smith to anyone in the Honda new car market. More
